🥟 Food and drinks
• Included in the registration fee you have 1 empanada and 1 small drink (e.g. water, coke, beer), that you can order following the conclusion of the event.
✨ Gameplay
• At the start of the event, random pairs are formed via a random draw, to compete against each other in the Move Up, Move Down system.
• Match duration: the court n1 leads and play to 4 games with standard rules and golden point. Once a team in court n1 reaches 4 games, all the other three courts should finish the game that they are playing at that moment. If they draw, they should play a golden point, whether the serving team is the one with the right to serve.
• Court change: After each match, the winning pairs move up one court, while the losing pairs move down one court.
• Rotation principle: When changing courts, the pairs are reshuffled, so you play with a new partner in each round. You should always prioritise playing with someone that you have not played together yet, if possible!
🎯 The goal:
• You will get as many points as the number of the court that you are going to play in on a concrete round (i.e. if you are going to play in the court 3, you will be getting 3 points).
• The points of the first two rounds are not counted, ie are excluded.
• At the end of the event, the player with the lower number of points will be the winner.
🤝 Advantages of the format
• Play with different partners and discover different playing styles.
• Compete against a variety of opponents and expand your gaming experience.
• Make new contacts and find potential partners for future matches.
☔ Cancellation policy and weather conditions
• Participants can cancel their registration until Thursday 30th of April, at 11:59h. If you decide to cancel after the timeline, no reimbursement is possible.
• The club reserves the right to cancel the event due to unsuitable weather conditions, or other extraordinary circumstances.
